Fix for java 9 and up issues with powerMock
Without this fix tests fail with an error java.lang.IllegalAccessError:
class jdk.internal.reflect.ConstructorAccessorImpl loaded by
org.powermock.core.classloader.MockClassLoader @271053e1 cannot access
jdk/internal/reflect superclass jdk.internal.reflect.MagicAccessorImpl
nored, and an empty message aborts the commit.
