UI: Rename 'needs' to 'needed' 'needs' reads strangely especially with the inclusion of Task summary chips. Renaming it to 'needed' is also more consistent with 'blocked'. Change-Id: Iaafdb57aef94247fd76a6fabb0fd7408013bed10
