Buck: Remove standalone build To duplicate the build tool chain in each and every plugin is the wrong way. The right way is to use bucklets project. Remove standalone build and implement it on top of bucklets project in follow-up change. Change-Id: Ibc50e1efb85b4bd92381ee367ae2b45de3428d60
