Fix issues in actions documentation

Action documentation contains multiple issues:
1. Soya comments are not fully supported because its-jira plugin doesn't
deploy soya templates. Remove soya comments from default configuration.
2. Correct value for labels is approvalCodeReview instead of
approval-Code-Review
3. Remove extra character from "abandoned" rule
