plugin:task Adds support for names-factory of type change Adds support for names-factory of type change which accepts a change query. The names factory would generate task definitions for every change matching the change query with the change number as the task name. Change-Id: Ifc70a042bc8bcf047e031edeed58c885bd98efe8
