Use updated timestamp for server identity. This fixes a bug with timestamps being fixed to startup of the Gerrit server. Change-Id: I3e94ff1acc4091427e6a2fcbc94a385630d10ed7
The plugin will update a superproject to contain the submodules defined in the manifest XML file whenever the manifest repo is changed.
