Remove default info for loading configuration It causes log spam, and problems can be resolved through the manual trigger. Change-Id: Ifb4803caf81d2129f8eb90d7e75183b994f41f07
The plugin will update a superproject to contain the submodules defined in the manifest XML file whenever the manifest repo is changed.
