SuperManifestRefUpdatedListener: Update metric description Suggested in previous change. Change-Id: I66fc281bb9dee321fc80c51991f9e2d52525c403
The plugin will update a superproject to contain the submodules defined in the manifest XML file whenever the manifest repo is changed.
