Fix Eclipse project generation The Eclipse project was being generated, and could be opened without any errors, but it wasn't including the sources properly. Also add eclipse-out and .apt_generated to the .gitignore file. Change-Id: I9eb014f00003efd2aba1f205ca0f9eef0ad4de34
