Extract state notification listener from Logger The concept of notifying replication status should be decoupled from the actual implementation of writing it to a Slf4J logger. In the future (not so far) we may want to implement different listeners and take action based on warning / errors, either scripted or pluggable. Change-Id: Icfc3884bf4365a396e7de76b4c5a3a274b4c28ad
