Fix auto-reload test by mocking a running replicationQueue Prepare the mocking of the replicationQueue by simulating a running state. This enables the correct merging of the fix Change-Id: I936e3547ff done in stable-2.16 onto the stable-3.0 branch, keeping the test functionality. Change-Id: I2bef00e701f20b3c84448f822412768357b32724
