Dispatch events using new postEvent method The new method allow to post an event without having an instance of the original change or branch the event was created for. Basically, the new post method does what the GitUpdateProcessing.postEvent method was doing. Change-Id: I0cb88a2b4916e06a47949dc832d71654b0d26672
