Use queue to hold Events during connection glitches Change-Id: I262ae8cf5800fea1a8c9ecdd610e385cc5ccf7ff
This is Gerrit plugin.
This can publish gerrit events to message queue provided by RabbitMQ. Published events are the same as Gerrit stream evnets.
This plugin works on Gerrit 2.8 - 2.10.

Buck
Clone or link this plugin to the plugins directory of Gerrit's source tree, and issue the command:
buck build plugins/rabbitmq
The output is created in
buck-out/gen/plugins/rabbitmq/rabbitmq.jar
