Downgrade resemble to 1.2.1

This is the version available internally at Google. It is significantly
lighter weight due to some dependencies that were added in 2.0.

Image Diff

A plugin that uses ResembleJS to provide a rich image diffing experience in PolyGerrit. Uses yarn for package management.

Run yarn install to get started.

Testing

This plugin uses polymer-cli to test.
