Validate all issues of a commit We did not loop over the found issue ids, hence we could not check existence of all ids. Now we can check existence of all issue ids, and we get the issue ids via the issue extractor. Change-Id: I0a0c5cc9277fe91d51973cca26cf34de504f0aaa
