Auto-reindex changes, groups and accounts during startup Track when the last index update timestamp has been received and the reindex has been successful. At startup, find out if any other changes have been updated on the DB after the tracked 'last update timestamp' and reindex them. Change-Id: I51f2fc474e5855a8c634fa38646e414baa3ae4dc
