Add required gitweb configuration Gerrit refused to load a gitweb configuration without all the required values specified (project, revision, branch, roottree, file, and filehistory). Adding roottree and file allows Gerrit to recognize the plugin as a full custom gitweb Change-Id: I3da254e63cf77c66099fb5aea0847c6d21c4fdd5
