CreateChangesTriggeringGc: Fix test timing This change replaces the DefaultSecondsToNextEvaluation by secondsToNextEvaluation in the CreateChangesTriggeringGc scenario. This happens because this variable can be configured by an environment variable instead of being a fixed value. Change-Id: I46d05fc855efa2779057cec38caab1b477230ffc
