Rename EiffelEventParser and EiffelEventParserIf When an interface was extracted from EiffelEventParser in a previous commit the implementing class kept the name EiffelEventParser to make the diff more reviewable. In this change we rename the interface `EiffelEventParser` and the implementation `EiffelEventParserImpl` to align with the inofficial code-standard in Gerrit.
