Add REST endpoint that lists the paths of a change that a given user owns On the change screen the frontend wants to show/highlight the files that are owned by the current user (the user watching the change screen). To let the frontend query the files that are owned by the user, we are adding this new REST endpoint. This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
