Add further tests for disabled branch configuration We intent to change the way how inheritance works for list config parameters, such as disabled branches. With the new tests the changed behavior will be covered and it will also make it easier for reviewers to see what is changing. This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
