Use DiffOperations for getting changed files of initial commit Since change Idde88f70d in Gerrit core DiffOperations is now able to handle initial commits. Hence we no longer need to compute the changed files for inital commits on our own. Please note that the usage of DiffOperations is still protected by an experiment flag and not enabled by default. This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
