Add class that defines all known/supported annotations Having all known/supported annotations defined in a single place will allow us to filter out unknown/unsupported annotations when returning annotations to the user. This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
