Extract description of feature set from about page into an own page The about page is used to generate the index page. The index page is the entry point to the plugin documentation and should stay lean. Having the feature set descripted in details there is too much content, hence it's better to move it to a separate page. This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
