Fix example in path expressions table

Since change I1ddc8bf32 '*' is also matching '/'. Hence '*.md' cannot be
used to match md files only in the current folder, but it is matching md
files in the current folder and all subfolders.

Gerrit Code Review code-owners plugin

This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.

If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
