Add metric to measure the time for computing patch set approvals Besides computing the changed files, computing the approvals of the current patch set is the other operation that can cause latency in the prepare file status computation step. This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
