Show code-owners column on any base patchset Currently, code-owners column of the file list is hidden if the base patchset is not the parent. It is also hidden when the base is set to Parent 1/2 during a merge commit. This change will now show the column in these cases. Change-Id: I8eecf4796e0ac1b747cef913c80db355f2377332
This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
