Unsubscribe from events when ui-elements are disconnected The ui doesn't unsubscribe from events when elements are removed from the DOM. As a result, after opening change view several times, the code owners' ui make the same action multiple times (in particular, it reports the same actions multiple times). The issue can be reproduced by switching between dashboard view and change view several times. The fix unsubscribes code-owners elements when they are disconnected. This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
