Rename 'renderer' to 'format' Make the configuration clearer and naming more consistent across the plugin. CSV and JSON are referred as 'format' in both documentation and configuration. Change-Id: Ic80e85839b3dbfbbc0e881b5bc47b8d3b08a3b30
