ElasticContainer: Allow to specify the docker container version to create Instead of always creating the 2.4.6-alpine version, allow to specify the version. Keep the existing method, and default to 2.4.6-alpine. This will allow future changes to add tests against different versions of Elasticsearch. Change-Id: I9c7a52cef673a9eac7b2d1bae564e82b886b6727
