Switch to google-managed certs Since we're running in GKE, we can use google-managed certs instead of letsencrypt. This should simplify the deployment a bit. Also, switch to using the new domain name. Change-Id: I68807d4fe2fe67a3a6f4f70d42646c8c9e3ad46e
