prepare-gerrit-repos: Remove variable section gerrit_root variables is already defined in defaults/main.yaml. To allow to overwrite it remove the own variable in this role. This way other jobs, like gitiles project, could reuse it and provide custom variables for project name. Change-Id: I96f2a32bfeee544501c569c58ac5639eedb3705e
