Remove support for current_input and current_output The current input and output is mostly useful for interactive programs running from the command line, but Prolog Cafe is never used that way by Gerrit Code Review. Change-Id: Id9163384e960f9c39cd9e0169b25b9cf0b9e95a2

To bootstrap Buck and SWI-Prolog >= 6.6.4 must be installed and then build the runtime and compiler with:
buck build all
