Revert "Add privacy link to index.md" This reverts commit 266d98adb8a07c358459e379cd851e1354108b49. Reason for revert: The privacy-policy is now provided as a footer in Gitiles. This also shows on the homepage making this information a duplicate. Change-Id: I173e3adce1652c5b9923ddd09069f5821484f4ae
