Removed transactions Removed transactions to support databases that do not have cross-row transactions, e.g. MySQL on MyISAM tables or Apache Cassandra. OrmRunnable was also removed. Change-Id: I7ae90d73250d3059f71b56b03c257fbd71c2ea6f
