BlameCache: Support ignored revisions in get() Add 4-argument get(repo, commitId, path, ignoreIds) to BlameCache and BlameCacheImpl. When ignoreIds is non-empty, BlameCacheImpl passes the set of ObjectIds to BlameGenerator.setIgnoreRevs() so that blame calculations skip the specified commits and attribute the affected lines to parent commits. Cache entries are stored under BlameCacheImpl.Key(commitId, path, ignoreIds), guaranteeing complete isolation from standard unignored blame cache entries.
