doc: remove fragment from dashboard examples
Emperically /#/dashboard doesn't work; it gets redirected to
/dashboard and your filter doesn't seem right. I'm not exactly sure
when this changed, but some of our users have reported failures using
the fragment-type URL that are resolved when they update their links
go directly to /dashboard.
