ChangeScreen2: Show state as 'Not Current' for old patch sets At the moment the change state for non current patch sets is shown as "Review In Progress". It is better to show it as "Not Current" to highlight that the user views a non current patch set, this makes it e.g. easier to understand why certain operations (e.g. edit commit message) are not available.
