Include REGISTER_NEW_EMAIL field as editable only if email is enabled The REGISTER_NEW_EMAIL is only supposed to be included into the editable account fields that are sent to the client if it is editable and if an email sender is available and enabled. At the moment it is always included when it is editable, even if there is no enabled email sender.
