Upgrade to JGit 0.4.0-209-g9c26a41 This fixes a data corruption problem during merges where JGit created an incorrectly sorted tree for the merge result. When checked out on a client with git-core the files within one of the subdirectories were marked as modified/removed, due to the invalid sorting. Bug: GERRIT-76, GERRIT-95 Signed-off-by: Shawn O.
