ChangeScreen2: Narrow reply button header spacing Setting the min width of the reply button in the CS2 header pushes the change status so far to the right that it gets cut off by the Patch Sets drop down for some screen resolutions. The change status also has a 22px left margin, so there is still space between the two widgets. Change-Id: I6e2d7e2cbb7511fbbde563b35822ec133b661165
