Shift the change table's dataCell CSS a bit
On watched projects UI, the row height in the watched projects table is
influenced by the iconCell. As a result rows become taller than the
adaptive height.
This commit adjusts the dataCell CSS a bit to make rows of watched
projects table and the watchable projects table have the same height,
thus it becomes easy to drag the popped table to compare with watched
project table if user wants to find out which projects still have not
been watched.
