Remove unnecessary sections from the 2.6 release notes
Remove the section about the CLA link. This was already included in
2.5.2.
Remove the section about multiple inline draft editors. This is not a
bug that was present in the 2.5.x release; it was introduced on master
during development towards 2.6.
Remove the section about the draft-published event. This was already
included in 2.5
Also slightly reword the section about wildcards in reference regex
rules.
