Upgrade to GWT 1.6.4 This only updates our dependency chain to GWT 1.6.4. For the most part, the application compiles and runs unmodified, but a number of code changes are strongly encouraged post upgrade. Bug: GERRIT-75 Signed-off-by: Shawn O. Pearce <sop@google.com>
