Implicitly bind QueryDocumentationExecutor The global binding is verbose, Guice can setup this object automatically with an @Singleton annotation. This also gives me some flexibility to manage the instance of QueryDocumentationExecutor in the gerrit-review Guice environment. Change-Id: Iedf4b06e3253082d94840022111e827b8685048a
