Make sorting of releases consistent so that newest release is on top The sorting of the releases was inconsistent. Minor releases were listed sometimes before and sometimes after their major release. With this change the newest releases are now always on top. This is also consistent with how the downloads for the releases are sorted on the Gerrit project page.
