Fix description of 'status:abandoned' query operator
The description claimed that the change was either abandoned by the
change owner or an administrator.
Commit 029c85aa8262f7271e9bd121356879c5ae95c0a7 introduced a new access
right for abandoning changes, so that the changes found by
'status:abandoned' also may have been abandoned by a user with this
access right. Instead of listing everybody who can abandon a change,
simply remove this info from the search documentation. Also for other
operators it is not mentioned who was doing the operation to bring the
change into this state.
