SideBySide2: Disable jump keys while in side by side view Multikey shortcuts like 'g-o' to open all changes do not work within a CM3 instance. Drop these from the ? help dialog and disable the bindings while the side by side view is open. Change-Id: I3bfea5c09a1d2d9942d4235553d8b3551d5bd618
