BatchUpdate: Fix swapped comments in ChangeContextImpl
ChangeContextImpl maintains two maps for updates, one for default
updates that are combined into a single NoteDb commit and distinct
updates the go each into their own NoteDb commit. The comments on these
maps were swapped.
