Remove asciidoc build in the Documentation folder
There are some subtle differences between asciidoctor and asciidoc
markup, and gerrit's documentation targets asciidoctor now. Since
Asciidoc is not used for official builds it doesn't seem worth the
trouble to keep supporting two toolchains in the markup. Drop
support for the old toolchain in the build system to avoid confusion.
Compare I92ecde69e066d08920a1b419e76bf594e87c9bd3. Hopefully this
would also make any performance problems in the asciidoctor build more
obvious so they can be fixed, since there is not another documentation
processing toolchain to fall back to.
